This week

Master coaches do not just work with individuals. They work with the systems individuals belong to. This week brings the GPTM, ICEF, and ROUSER to organizational scale. The master coach reads a company, a department, a team, a movement — through the same architecture they read individuals — and can offer interventions that shift the entire system through the lens of one or two well-chosen leverage points. This is the work that has changed organizations like Jaipur Rugs from the inside.

Contemplative practice of the week

The Organizational Field Read

Thirty minutes daily, but with a different organization each time across the week. Sit. Bring to mind one organization (your current client, your past employer, a public organization in the news). Read it through the master lens: the seven GPTM domains as they manifest organizationally, the four FP components as the organization's center-of-gravity, the dominant Hawkins range, the SGE arc, the ROUSER profile. By the end of the practice, you have a complete organizational reading. Master coaches train this capacity by reading every organization they encounter — every restaurant, every store, every airport, every passing institution. The capacity becomes automatic.

Learning objectives

  • Articulate how the GPTM, ICEF, ROUSER apply at organizational scale.
  • Practice walking into an organizational field and reading it within the first 30 minutes.
  • Identify the leverage points where individual coaching can shift system-level dynamics.
  • Apply the framework to one current organizational engagement (or a case study) with depth.
  • Distinguish between the surface narrative an organization tells about itself and the actual field-truth.

Session architecture

  • Hour 1 — The framework at scale. Lead Instructor teaches how each ICEF/ROUSER element maps to organizational analysis. Specific protocols for organizational GPTM heat-mapping, organizational SGE reading, and organizational Hawkins calibration.
  • Hour 2 — Case study — Jaipur Rugs. A detailed teaching on the Jaipur Rugs case, drawing on Nand Kishore Chaudhary's chess-metaphor blueprint for organizational transformation. Students read the organization through the master lens.
  • Hour 3 — Organizational field-reading practicum. Students work in pairs. Each presents an organization they currently work with (or know well). The partner asks 12 minutes of master-level questions to read the field. Then the partner offers a one-page field-reading. Switch.
  • Hour 4 — Leverage point identification. A teaching on the master coach's most important organizational skill — finding the one or two leverage points where individual coaching changes the system. Examples from real engagements.

Reading

  • The Transpersonal Leader — chapters on Brands & Rousers and organizational consciousness
  • The Jaipur Rugs case study — full chapter, with Chaudhary's chess-metaphor organizational blueprint
  • Frederic Laloux — Reinventing Organizations, on developmental stages of organizational consciousness
  • Selected reading on Otto Scharmer's Theory U at the organizational and societal scale

Lineages at work

ROUSER (anchor) — Brands & Rousers framework at organizational scale · ICEF — GCEI deployed organizationally; GPTM heat-mapping · Systems — organizational consciousness as primary unit · Transpersonal — the organization as a field with its own evolution

Milestone

Full organizational field-reading completed for one current client organization. GPTM, ICEF, ROUSER, leverage-point analysis written. Case study of Jaipur Rugs studied in depth. Daily Organizational Field Read practice integrated.

Reflection prompt

What organization do I currently work with most closely? What is its GPTM signature? Its dominant Hawkins range? Its SGE arc? What are the one or two leverage points where my individual coaching can shift the larger field? Where do I confuse the surface narrative with the field-truth? What does that cost the work?
