Voices from the programmes
Validated words from coaches, professionals and Chief Well-Being Officers who have taken part in our programmes, Fests and retreats.
World Happiness Fest made the possibility of a happier world feel tangible. I met people turning compassion, freedom, and well-being into real work across cultures and sectors. I returned home with new collaborators, renewed energy, and a stronger belief that change can begin anywhere.
Global Well-Being Advocate|United Arab Emirates
GGH helped me connect dots I had previously treated as separate: personal awareness, team culture, organizational design, and social impact. Seeing the whole system changed the way I diagnose challenges and the kind of solutions I am willing to build.
Organizational Strategist|Belgium
I arrived with questions about how to sustain well-being at scale. I left with perspectives from leaders, researchers, artists, and community builders who expanded what I thought was possible. The Fest gave me ideas I could use and a community I could lean on.
Chief Well-Being Officer|Saudi Arabia
The program moved happiness from the edge of my leadership agenda to the center of how I think about progress. I began evaluating decisions not only by what they deliver, but by the human experience they create along the way.
Senior Leader|Austria
The conversations did more than inspire me; they changed the next steps of my project. I found language for our purpose, met people who challenged my assumptions, and remembered that ambitious social change can be rooted in joy as well as urgency.
Social Entrepreneur|Egypt
GGH gave me a coherent framework for work that had sometimes felt fragmented. I can now help clients connect individual practices with leadership behavior, cultural conditions, and measurable organizational priorities. The result is a more credible and lasting approach.
