10 Billion Happy — The Roadmap — GPTM View 10

10 Billion free, conscious and happy by 2050. The GPTM was not built to describe suffering. It was built to end it — at scale, in time, with evidence. View 10 lays out the 25-year roadmap: the delivery systems, the metrics, the pilots and the invitation.

The three horizons

1. 2025–2030 · Make the invisible visible. Publish the GPTM annually. 500 Cities of Happiness commit to the Wheel of Happiness. 250,000 Teachers of Happiness trained. CWBO becomes a recognized C-suite role in 10,000+ organizations.
2. 2030–2040 · Activate integration. D2 (Belonging) becomes public infrastructure in 100+ nations. Contemplative education standardized. ASC modalities available in every public health system. Gross Global Happiness reported alongside GDP.
3. 2040–2050 · Fundamental Peace becomes the norm. The 7-domain profile is the default civilizational dashboard. The Consciousness Gap closes. 10 billion humans live with the material, relational, existential and ecological conditions of flourishing.

The delivery architecture

• Foundation — the WHY. Research, advocacy, standards, the GPTM itself.
• World Happiness Fest — the WHERE. Annual global convening; Paraty, Las Rozas, Tulum, Jaipur, Mendoza and beyond.
• World Happiness Academy — the HOW. TransPersonal Coaching, CWBO, GGH, 28X, Coaching, Soul·Full, Conscious Catalysts.
• Community & Agoras — the WHO. Conscious Catalysts, Happytalistas, Teachers of Happiness.
• Observatory — the SO WHAT. Annual reporting, city dashboards, GPTM live.
