This week
The closing retreat completes the 36-week passage and formally transmits the lineage to the cohort. This is the ritual culminating moment of the program — the formal lineage transmission, the conferring of program graduation, the witnessing of Lineage Holder commitments, and the cohort's departure as master coaches within the lineage.
Session architecture
- Day 1 — Re-entry into silence. Threshold practices, receiving the cohort home into the closing container, opening teaching, silent dinner, evening sit.
- Day 2 — Final evaluation results received individually with faculty. Cohort circle on where each student arrives. Final integration teaching, capstone progress shared, evening master ROUSER deepening.
- Day 3 — The transmission day. Formal lineage transmission offered by faculty, received individually. Lineage Holder commitments (made Week 35) formally witnessed and recorded. Capstone commitment ceremony.
- Day 4 — The closing. Cohort circle on what each is taking forward, final blessings, departure.
