This week
The mid-program intensive marks the threshold between Movement II (Master Applications) and Movement III (Lineage Stewardship). Five days of integrated work that brings together trauma-informed practice at master depth, group/team/organizational mastery, coaching coaches, high-stakes leader work, and the ritual passage from one movement to the next.
Session architecture
- Day 1 — The container forms. Re-entry from Week 15 work, re-establishment of the master pact, opening teaching on Movement III, silent dinner, evening sit (90 minutes).
- Day 2 — Trauma-informed work at master depth. Three blocks of supervised trauma-aware practicum, case consultations, evening integration circle.
- Day 3 — Group/team/organizational mastery. Multi-voice and group facilitation practicum, organizational case work, GPTM heat-mapping at organizational scale.
- Day 4 — Coaching coaches and high-stakes leader work. Supervisory practicum (each student supervises and is supervised), high-stakes leader case studies, ICEF master-baseline reassessment.
- Day 5 — Integration and threshold. Cohort circle on what has happened, master-pact reaffirmation, threshold ritual into Movement III, closing transmission, departure.
