Week 16 of 36
Mid-Program Mastery Intensive
ICF competency anchor: All eight competencies engaged at MCC depth
90 min
This week
Week 16 is the mid-program intensive — five days of immersive deepening that mark the threshold between the master applications of Movement II and the lineage stewardship of Movement III. The intensive can be conducted in residence or fully online, with the same architecture and the same depth. The 30 hours of contact in this week constitute the largest single deposit of the entire program.
Contemplative practice of the week
The Mastery Intensive Daily Practice
During the five-day intensive, the daily practice is structured by the schedule: three formal sits per day (morning 60 min, midday 30 min, evening 90 min) plus the practicum itself as practice plus the eating-as-practice and walking-as-practice and conversation-as-practice that the contemplative container holds. The practice is the schedule. Whether in residence or online, the structure is the same. Online participants commit to a phone-free, news-free, household-distraction-free container for the five days, with an altar/sacred-space setup at home. The container is what makes the intensive an intensive, regardless of the geography.
Learning objectives
- Sustain the master container across five days of intensive practice.
- Integrate trauma-informed, organizational, high-stakes, and supervisory work at master depth.
- Receive supervised practicum on each of these areas.
- Re-take all measurement instruments at intensive midpoint and intensive close.
- Begin the inner preparation for Movement III (lineage stewardship).
- Form deeper cohort bonds that will sustain the rest of the program and beyond.

Reflection prompt
Reflection prompts are issued day-by-day during the intensive, drawing from each day's specific work. Final integration prompt issued day 5: What has the intensive shown me about who I am becoming as an MCC? What has shifted that I did not expect? What threshold have I crossed?
