Heal the Healers

Caring for those who care.

Those who care also need to be cared for.

A global community for people and professionals who accompany, care for and support the wellbeing and mental health of others.

Registration opens soon. Write to us and we'll let you know when it does.

The question

Who cares for those who care?

Psychologists and psychiatrists. Doctors and nurses. Social workers. Crisis responders. Educators, coaches, facilitators, community leaders. People who spend their days close to pain, trauma, grief, illness, violence and uncertainty. And keep showing up.

They carry training. They carry experience. They also carry weight.

Why this exists

Support is easier to build before it's needed.

We live in a time crossed by violence, social crisis, disaster, trauma, grief and constant exposure to what is happening in the world. That reality also reaches the people who accompany others through it.

Tiredness and emotional wear are part of this work. Even those with the tools and the experience to regulate themselves need somewhere to stop, connect, and feel accompanied.

We don't have to wait for an emergency to ask for support.
A phrase that emerged in one of our gatherings.

Our purpose

A community that cares for those who care.

Heal the Healers exists to create and strengthen an international community where people who care can meet, listen to each other, share what they know, and build new forms of support together.

  • Share knowledge, experience and resources
  • Find support among peers
  • Strengthen skills and practice
  • Open new collaborations and joint initiatives
  • Build support networks before a crisis arrives

The network

A network, not just a group.

A network isn't built by collecting contacts. It's built by knowing who we can count on.

Heal the Healers is building a network where professionals and people connected to care can find each other beyond borders and disciplines. It starts from collaboration, not competition. Everyone brings something: knowledge, experience, tools, resources, contacts, presence.

In development

The Heal the Healers Directory

We're building a directory to make the network visible. It isn't a database: it's a way to see and connect the human knowledge that already lives inside this community.

  • See the disciplines and experience within the network
  • Recognize the knowledge and capacity the community already holds
  • Find people and organizations to connect and collaborate with
  • Open the door to international projects

Voluntary, always

Taking part in the directory is voluntary. Each person decides what information they wish to share, and authorizes it expressly.

The gatherings

We meet online, once a month.

Our gatherings are spaces for listening, reflection, connection, practice and exchange. Some of them include experiential practice and meditation.

Not every gathering is a training. A large part of this space is simply being able to be here, to share, and to be held.

On vulnerability

Today I need someone to hold me.

Professionals can have tools, experience and knowledge, and still need support. Recognizing that is not weakness. It's a conscious form of care.

We want a space where that sentence can be said without judgment. And long before a crisis.

How we hold this space

Trust, listening and confidentiality.

  • Trust
  • Safety
  • Listening
  • Respect
  • Connection
  • Confidentiality
  • Peer support

What this community is, and what it isn't

Heal the Healers doesn't replace individual professional care or emergency services. Its purpose is connection, prevention, support and collaboration. If you need immediate care, please reach out to the health services in your country.

Part of the World Happiness Foundation

When those who care are held, they can keep holding others.

Heal the Healers is part of the World Happiness Foundation ecosystem, which works from freedom, consciousness, happiness and abundance, toward individual and collective transformation. Individual wellbeing is part of the transformation we're building together.

10 billion free, conscious and happy people by 2050.

The invitation

We don't have to hold it all alone.

Heal the Healers is growing, and it's being built collaboratively. If this resonates with you, there's a place for you here.

This is an invitation, not a deadline. When you're ready, we'll be here.

Registration

A registration form will open shortly, in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It isn't a course sign-up: it's the doorway into a community and a network of collaboration.
