This week
Movement III closes with sustained supervision practicum. By now, each Level 3 student has been working with the lineage's frameworks at master depth for 25 weeks. Some are clear they will become faculty or mentor coaches; others are clear they will not; all are at the threshold of formal master practice. This week consolidates the supervisory capacity through extended practicum.

The Supervision Witness
Thirty minutes daily. Sit. Bring to mind a piece of your own coaching work that did not land — a session that was clumsy, a question that fell flat, a moment when presence slipped. Hold it with the supervisor's gaze — formative (where is the next edge) and evaluative (what did this miss). Do not be harsh, do not be self-protective. Just see clearly. Then bring to mind a piece of your own coaching work that landed beautifully. Hold it with the same supervisor's gaze. The practice trains the capacity to see your own work — and others' — with master clarity.

Session architecture
- Hour 1 — Supervision practicum part 1. Each student supervises a peer for 30 minutes on a piece of recent coaching work. Faculty observes and offers structured feedback after each.
- Hour 2 — Supervision practicum part 2. Switch — the student who was supervised in Part 1 now supervises someone else. Faculty observes and offers feedback.
- Hour 3 — Receiving supervision. Each student receives 30 minutes of supervision from a peer or faculty member on a current piece of their work.
- Hour 4 — Synthesis and apprenticeship. Reflection on what was received and what was offered. For those drawn to formal supervisory roles, the apprenticeship pathway is detailed.
